All orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post standard mail or tracked parcel as indicated in each product listing.
All the jewellery on this site is handmade and therefore will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of cleared payment unless otherwise indicated in the product listing.
Orders will be sent in a lovely gift bag or gift box (depending on item) within a bubble mail envelope. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery in Canada and the USA. Other international orders can take approximately 2-6 weeks. Tracking is not provided with standard shipping. If you would like your item sooner, please contact us before you place your order.
Orders with tracking will be sent in a lovely gift box within a bubble mail envelope. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for Canada and 4 to 7 business days for USA. For other international orders, delivery times vary depending on destination. Tracking number and estimated delivery time will be provided to you once shipped.
All customs charges, duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

At Jewelshart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items have not been worn, damaged, and are in the original condition that you received them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund for your order, excluding the shipping costs within the 30 days. Any duties and taxes on International orders will not be refunded as the customer is responsible for paying them.
All custom orders and sale items are ‘Final Sale’ and cannot be exchanged or returned.
For sanitary reasons, ALL EARRINGS are 'Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot exchange or refund without receiving the returned item.
Custom orders are non refundable. For sanitary reasons, all earrings are final sale.
